We are an active group of 100+ members who celebrate our love of quilting by sharing our knowledge and skills, caring for our community through service projects, and sewing together.

What We Do
Show and Tell
Quilters are encouraged to bring recent projects to the meetings for show-and-tell.
Education
Some of our experienced quilters offer periodic demonstrations on both basic and new quilting techniques.
Group Activities
Quilt show, donation quilts, challenge quilts, weekly meetings, Stay & Sew, Skill Builders & Demonstrations,
Trips
Show and bus tickets to the PIQF: Pacific International Quilt Festival are available through the Recreation Department. Informal carpools are utilized for other shows in the area.
Community Outreach
Many members work on quilts, placemats and pillowcases for donation to various organizations, including: Youth Homes, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Women Infants and Children Program (W.I.C.), Meals on Wheels, Other organizations serving disaster victims, foster youth, cancer patients, Rossmoor seniors and other people in need.
Fabric
The quilting group is responsible for accepting all fabric donations. The fabric is free for donation sewing. RSAC members may purchase fabric for $4/yard for personal projects.
